How can I check on the status of my order?
Your orders are located in the “Orders” section on the “My Account” page.
How long does it take to print my clothing and/or accessories?
Depending on our print-on-demand provider, it can take anywhere from 1 business day to 4 business days to print your clothing and/or accessories. These times can be longer during certain holidays.
I need to cancel an order. How can I do that?
Please contact us using the form on the Contact Us page with your order number. You have 24 hours from when you placed your order before it’s sent to our vendor for fulfillment. Our staff can cancel the order without issue then. If it’s been more than 24 hours since you place the order, there is a possibility we can cancel the order but we can’t guarantee it.
There is a problem with my order (missing items, printing problems, etc.). What should I do?
